As part of our commitment to quality provision for teaching Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) and Health and following statutory government guidelines you will see below our policy and curriculum overview. These show our key building blocks to help our children understand about healthy, respectful relationships and focus on family and friendships, in all contexts, including online. This will also ensure essential understanding of how to be healthy. Please contact us if you have feedback on these documents by Friday 9th July 2021.

COVID-19 cases are continuing to soar in Dudley, and now the borough has the highest figures in the West Midlands.

Unless the number of cases starts to fall, local restrictions could remain in place post lockdown, and in the run up to Christmas.

Residents are being urged to follow the national lockdown rules.

A warm welcome to Tenterfields Primary Academy. We pride ourselves on being a family orientated, single form entry, community school. We have a maintained nursery offering morning, afternoon and 30 hours places. We work closely with our parents, families and community to provide the finest, all round education possible for our children, sharing in our statement of: 'learning together, growing together'.

Tenterfields Primary Academy is situated near the town centre in Halesowen. The school opened originally in 1909 as three separate schools, for girls, boys and infants. In 1941 a nursery was added and the Children's Centre opened in April 2008. The school has celebrated its excellent reputation and caring, family atmosphere, through generations of children.

Tenterfields also provides a 30 place breakfast and twilight club each day for families needing additional child care either side of the main school day.

We hope that you enjoy viewing our school website. If you would like any further information, please contact the school office on 0121 289 5020. We really look forward to meeting you as you visit our lovely school.
